SHIPPING POLICY
All online orders are filled in the order they are received. We'll make every effort to have orders packaged and out the door within 2 - 4 days of orders being placed, then allow for shipping time (the month of December may take a few days longer). All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We provide free shipping on orders over $75 standard ground service to locations within the United States. Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.

If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, Customer Service will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date.

If your order is a gift and/or if you have special instructions, please email me at jane@annasoaps.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent out once your order has shipped.

Can I Pick Up My Order?
Yes you can! You can pick up your order at 6 Old Rochester Rd., Suite 103, Dover, NH 03820.
Pick up days are Wednesday 10 - 5 and Friday 9 - 11.
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
When picking up your order please provide us with your name and order number.
If you need same day pickup, please email jane@annasoaps.com or call 508-930-5361 and we will do our best to process your order for same day pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of South Berwick, Me.
To have your order delivered please select Local Delivery at checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping address to confirm where you are located within our delivery radius.
Orders will be delivered within 2 - 4 days. We will notify you when your order has been delivered. Orders are typically left at your front door. Please email jane@annasoaps.com with specific delivery instructions or requests.
